Before finding the "How to Change the World" class, I found the teachings of Marshall Rosenberg, Mahatma Gandhi and the Dalai Lama to be useful in learning how to think about our minds, coexistence and communication. In this video Roseberg describes where our old habits of thinking and acting come from and how we are more than capable of changing our language from one of violence, to one of peace and compassion.
